- Midwives are often seen as "godmothers" for their pivotal role in bringing newborns into the world. They are compassionate, supportive, and create a sense of security for mothers, helping them smoothly navigate the birthing process
Reflecting on her profession, Pham Thanh Thu Hien, Midwife Teamleader, with over 35 years devoted to the "guardianship" of mothers and babies, said: "Midwives appear in the most crucial moments of a woman's life. If we work with our hearts, giving our all, mothers can feel it.”
