• Ortho-K lenses work by reshaping the cornea, altering how light is focused as it enters the eye. Most Ortho-K lenses are worn overnight during sleep and removed during the day. Since these lenses reshape the corneal epithelial cells, they adjust the curvature of the cornea to improve the patient’s vision. Therefore, corneal topography helps ophthalmologists gather the necessary data to select the most appropriate Ortho-K lenses for each individual
