Job Descriptions
- Growing business from corporate customers, embassies, and partners, both existing, with support from data-driven and digital marketing and finding new customers.
- Work with partners (medical clinic, third party, school…) to develop medical services, and coordinate to plan and create campaigns.
- Consulting, sending quotations, making contracts for Corporate clients and Partners
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to deliver service to customers
- Together with the Business MKT Manager, be the second contact point to work with the medical team in planning and execution of initiatives towards business development.
- Carrying out all work related to Corporate customers within the scope of their authority
- Carrying out other work related to the department and division as directed by the Business Marketing Manager
- Having customer insights to provide service consultation and support in time. A considerate and “good listener” attitude is especially required for this typical healthcare business.
Requirements
COMPETENCY
- Interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of Customer Journey in Sales and Marketing
- Customer data management system, reporting
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- Training in business, and sales is an advantage
- Experienced in similar roles in a service industry is preferred
- Ambitious, and passionate about problem-solving, and dealing with people.
- Willingness or interest to have result-based KPI compensation and strong motivation to obtain sales results
